I think she'd paid the deposit on another flat for him to develop or something, Toilet, but again it all seemed a bit odd.

I couldn't help thinking that the money she gave out was peanuts to her. Unless there was some more stuff we didn't see, she has left those people with a millstone around their necks.

she bought the dancer bloke an 'investment' house which i presume is for him to make money on. Think some people buy new houses before they are built and the sell them for a profit when the are finished and ready to move into??!! (does that make sense??)

Perhaps she was going to pay completely for the houses/flats? She must have done.....like you say, would be a right millstone otherwise.

Didn't it say, she had 1/2 million to give out? So there was 19K for the dance school, 50k for the child, 70k for the single parent fund and the 2 deposits, someone else add that up, I'm only a childminder!

I think it was £250,000, and that it was entirely up to her how much she gave.

I thought they said a quarter of a million, so that would be about right, I think.
