Grace - the plot, have we seen it before?

I enjoyed Grace but the plot seems so familiar.
I remember watching something else where a lad with learning difficulties is out with his dad and finds a walkie talkie and talks to somebody buried.

Anyone else remember and can put me out of my misery please!

The Peter James book called Dead Simple had this in the story line.

The Series is based on Peter James' books.

There was an episode of silent witness where the main character was buried alive in a coffin. Think she had a phone to talk to her colleague? Different circumstances though!

I've read the Dead series books and do enjoy them.
It's just as I was watching this programme, the plot seems so familiar but I can't think what it was.
Definitely a lad out with his dad and finds a walkie talkie and communicates with the victim. It could be a US programme but it's driving me mad!
