Even if I am yelling at the TV on some occasions. Anyone else seen any yet? Beautiful mental respite from covid bollocks and real life.

Though if anyone has got as far as Raven and Antonio's episode - what happened? They didn't seem to have the epilogue, or did I doze off and miss it accidentally?

I've only seen Raven and Antonio's episode. They (stupidly) chose the wedding. Prioritizing one fantasy day over getting a home with a yard for their boys was a moronic decision. They certainly didn't prioritize their kids. Also, the woman showing them those homes picked ones that were not starter homes and were probably too expensive for them. Why do couples in these type of shows think that they are owed a fancy place for their first home? Anyway, as you can tell, this show is not for me as I would pick home over a splashy wedding every time.

Ooh, I spotted this last night and think it's going to be tonight's escapism, seeing as I have now sadly finished Instant Hotel Australia.

Dulci oh I wholeheartedly agree with you, though I'm going to try not to post spoilers, but in every other episode they show the couple either in their new home or at their wedding and do a 3 months later 'bit', but they didn't appear to for Raven and Antonio and I was disappointed because much as I would pick the house every time it's still fun to see the outcome.

I think the nutty Xian couple are my faves so far. Just such a bonkers situation!

Ok, now I have to watch the nutty christian episode.

Feedback when you have! Hayley and Andrew i think

I'm back! Watched the Hayley and Andrew episode. So, the previous couple, who had two kids and wanted more, blew off a house for a big wedding and this Christian couple that has been saving themselves for marriage for EIGHT YEARS! goes for the house. I applaud their common sense, but I hope that they aren't planning on saving for another 8 years before they get married and finally have sex. Iveputmyselfonthenaughtystep, you described them as nutty, but the whole "no sex before marriage " thing is pretty common amongst conservative christians. Living together without sex isn't the norm, though. Anyone else think that they really had a roommate as insurance that they could refrain from any hanky panky? I'm an occasional browser on a board that follows the goings on of a number of ultra fundamentalist xtian groups, and compared to those folks, Hayley and Andrew are total party animals.

It was more the living together but sleepovers elsewhere every night that seemed so nutty to me. That and the choice they made. Mine you, with that size house maybe they should forgo the fucking flower crown bollocks and just get married in their own garden and get their community to organise a potluck. Much cheaper and more meaningful
