How have I not seen this series before? I'm addicted! Apart from the leading man and his bodyguard/partner having the most amazing bodies with impressive core strength the storyline is also keeping me hooked!

It's absolutely magnificent nonsense. It does get a bit turgid and soapy at times. The female characters are universally terrible, except possibly Felicity (who you might not have met yet if you're only on series 1).

There is a Shirtless Oliver Training Montage in pretty much every episode that I've seen. It must have been a contractual thing.

If you like Arrow, try Gotham. (I think it's on Netflix rather than Prime.) It's a different sort of take on the Batman villains before Batman turned up, if you get what I mean. Equally silly at times but actually rather good if you're happy to suspend disbelief. The actor who plays the Penguin is absolutely terrific.

LadyCounterblast felicity is Fab! I’m halfway through season 2 now —- currently trying to analyse what the actress playing Laurel has done to her face ! And why Slade has turned against Oliver 😁😁

Oh gosh yes I think she had some work done between the first and second series

Plus she’s so thin it’s painful to watch sometimes, poor woman

Second half of series 2 drags ever so slightly but it’s worth sticking with for the finale. Plus it gets better and better from series 3!

Be warned, you'll get dragged in to watching all of the other series in the Arrowverse in order to make head or tail of what is happening in the cross over episodes.

MEgirl tbh if it means more topless Oliver and Diggle scenes then I'm willing to put myself through the 'torment' 🤣🤣🤣

On a serious note, how much training do these guys go through to get that strong?! Its definitely can't be a case of just lifting heavy weights - there must be some callisthenics involved too surely?
