Has anyone watched Ginny & Georgia?

On Netflix. Wasn't sure at first but I ended up absolutely loving it. So many twists and turns, so many great characters...I just loved it. Mostly because i loved the character of Georgia.

I really ended up disliking the character of Ginny by the last episode, so not sure how I'll feel when the new series comes out. However, I'm very much looking forward to seeing what happens.

I watched it as we have almost ran out of things to watch. It was trashy but easy watching and Georgia reminded me a lot of Julia Roberts. I felt the same.

Yeah, it was a bit unexpected! A few things recently have been different to the same shit constantly churned out and this is one of those. They broke the rules a bit and surprised me! Thought it was very good.

Loved it. Can’t wait for season 2.

I'll watch the next season when it's released. I hope it doesn't turn into total crap.

Binged it this week - on Ep9 right now.

How sexualised the teens are really shocked me - losing virginity in Grade 8 (Nora and her boyfriend), and the amount of shagging at 15. But the endless posing and filters and girl gang are so like my 15yo and her gang of girls.

Georgia is both a monster and amazing. Hunter, 15yo and I agree, is cringe.

I am watching this now, and am torn between liking and hating it. There are obvious similarities between G&G and Gilmore Girls, such as Georgia and Lorelei somehow getting people to do whatever they ask., the sexy cafe/restaurant owner with a crush. I am on episode 7 so I think I will watch them all.

Just started watching this today - enjoyed the first episode so glad to hear it stays good.

I loved it. Loved georgia’s spirit and determination. Ginny is a teen so was always going to be a little unlikeable at times

Loved it- Georgia is so endearing, has been a great Firefly Lane replacement for me!

Every single character is gorgeous looking but not obviously so - if that makes sense. And I agree, Georgia is adorable and I feel particularly protective of her younger self.

Just binge watched this & really enjoyed it. Some of the twists and turns are a bit like Desperate Housewives.
Also went off Ginny a bit after the way she treated Hunter - he was so nice to her.
Looking forward to Series 2.
