I'm excited but also a little unsure how much more I can cope with endless close shots of Elisabeth Moss's face.

Oh this is well timed, I didn't know about the new series. I am watching it again now, and am on Season 2.

Squee. This is exciting. DH and I are about to watch S3. We watched S1 and S2 in Jan/Feb as needed some light relief from depressing lockdown 3.0 in dark and cold England

Agree re close-ups of June. Also, we may start a drinking game whereby you start drinking when there's a protracted, lingering silence between two characters in a scene. You're not allowed to stop drinking until they start talking or the scene changes.

Honestly, they don't half draaaag some scenes out?! Esp with Offred/June and Commander Waterford... Might have to get some weak "session" cider in as can't chug wine...

When handmaids and martha's openly discuss plans in Fishes and Loaves-1 shot
When June could escape but chooses not to for Hannah or another series-2 shots
When June gets a message to Luke implausibly (cassette tape )- 1 shot
When a wife gets punished for not following the rules-2 shots

Ha @SatsumaFan I'm rewatching it all and now on s3ep6 - I think I'd mentally blocked it all out just because it was too traumatising. Don't remember half of it!

On instagram they are already talking about the third episode which has already been shown in the States. Strange we are so far behind. I cant see where they can go with it now?

Not read all of that article as still have three episodes of S3 to go... So stopped when it said [spoiler alert] but frustrated at "in the UK later this year". What does that mean?!

@EachandEveryone the first 3 episodes go on hulu (who are a bit like netflix and it's their show) on Wednesday. It's not been broadcast.

Presumably Channel 4 are still negotiating with Hulu for the rights to show it.
