Anyone else watching this?

We watched it ‘by accident’ a few weeks ago and I just think it’s brilliant. Soooo funny. Completely stupid. But I love it.

Lemmys, he said apparently only one in so many million people (or something) can see through the molecular structure and see him as an alien. So basically he struck really unlucky finding that boy 🤣

That would explain it! The young lad who plays Max is a brilliant actor, the shock on his face when Harry does something like give him the finger or they way he gets the better of Harry "There are no mountains here so you are a stupid alien" type thing.

Of course Harry is the best, his facial expressions and his laughing is so funny.

I really like this as well - like you, discovered by accident. It's a bit Mork and Mindy sometimes when Harry learns things about humans (showing my age) but the slight darkness undercuts any sugary stuff. The two kids in it are good and the lesser characters like Big Black are very funny as well.

Yay, happy to hear that! I hate getting invested in a show only to find out it's being cancelled/already been cancelled.

It's such a great ensemble piece. All the characters are fab.

The bus scene was freaky, imagine that actually happening 😱

Not for me, I tried ne episode and was a bit meh about it.
Watched another and decided that, as I work full time there’s not enough time

Alan Tudyk is fantastic .

I think this works so well because it has an exceptional cast. They are also fleshing out the characters as it progresses. The lead is Alan Tudyk who I first saw in Joss Whedon's Firefly/Serenity; (If you have not watched those: Do yourself a favour!

An entertaining, bloody silly series!

One of the best things I've watched for ages, apart from my mum I don't know anyone else who watches it! Really love it, we save it for a Saturday night to watch with a glass of wine 👍🏼

It's an excellent cast and a good script.

Alan Tudyk is convincing in a wide range of roles. He played a contract killer/consigliere in Justified and was ruthlessly convincing.

We've started watching this and it's very funny and quirky. I really like it. Lots of great characters but Harry is brilliant.

So the real Harry killed the town doctor! But why? Did he want to be the town doctor and his plan was thwarted by an alien killing him? I need to know!

Good! I enjoyed Episode 10 and hoped that there would be more.

The friendship of Max and Sahar is a delight.

I loved this, looked forward to Thursdays to watch it.
Glad there is going to be a series 2.

This plot twist really annoyed me - some of the funniest scenes involved him investigating the murder and this twist just doesn't fit with the early episodes at all.
