How unlikely is that wedding story?

Or rather the way everyone thinks David is so great again after driving his car into the canal which must be chocca block with the cast of Corrie by now.

And where are the police? They practically live at their house usually. I can't believe you can do something like that and not be in some kind of bovver with the law afterwards .

I agree, I wonder if Sarah Lou dies, I don't like her, and have you heard if Ken's son Daniel comes to live with him.

Not heard about Daniel. It seems to have gone quiet with Dreary and Ken of late. Thank goodness.

I had heard Vera is to be killed off though...

So what happened? Did Sarah and jason get married? I haven't watched Corrie for about 6 months but read about the wedding storyline.

Yes they got married. A huge build up over weeks so it was inevitably going to go wrong. David ruined the day by trying to top himself in the canal. But he's a nasty piece of work and had no real intention of killing himself. He just likes causing trouble.

Sorry fff - don't follow Eastenders. I can only keep up with one soap or I get confused!

I was trying to find something on wiki the other day, and it said that Denise (Daniels Mam) dies in a car crash and he comes and lives with Ken and Dreary. It strikes me as strange if she dies as it would just be a re hashing of Susan dying and how Adam came to live with Ken and co.

Yeah, they all seem to have forgotton David nearly killed Beth I thought Gail gave him a couple of meaningful looks last night, I was hoping that's the beginning of her seeing through him. I thought the actor (is his name Jack Shepherd?) was leaving, or did I dream that?

Not yet, but a conv (and snog) between Max and Stacey was captured on (unmanned) video recorder, and Bradley now has the camcorder.

I feel sorry for Sarah. (I know, I know, it's not RL ) but as someone else has pointed out, David did nearly kill Sarah's Daughter. But why doesn't she say that to Jason? You know, the scriptwriters should write that in, her re-iterating to Jason that she nearly lost her dd because of him, so she really can't find it in herself to have any time for him. Also, he nearly killed Jason too!! Why is Jason suddenly being so forgiving? And I don't blame her for being upset about David spoiling the wedding after the last one. Jason's lucky she's given him another chance. Grr.

Can't stand David or the whole Platt family by the way and seriously can't they find a better plot for Dev than a bloody scoth egg (or a better actor).

Oh yes, just remembered Sarah not telling anyone about David's suicide note. Okay, she should have done, but you can see why she thought it wasn't genuine.

I felt sick watching it all unfold - I really thought Stacey had got away with it after Sean didn't say anything!

they suspected him of nearly killed jason too that seems to have been forgotten by all
david has escaped prosecution from perjury (tracey barlow trial) too which i thought was strange..
you'd think the Hillman card scenario would've been enough to have him at a shrink..

it takes a leap of faith to 'beleive' this too..imo
gail and audrey as dysfunctional as ever..

Lol at Dev's storyline with the scotch egg I find him fascinating to listen to in a grim way. He has the oddest way of speaking.

Only in the background. Where did he go though? I mean he's got twins somewhere with Sunita hasn't he? We never hear a peep about that.

It's odd how some actors just vanish for a bit. Les Battersby has too but I was told on here he was taking some sort of break.
