McDonald and Dodds

Did anybody watch episode 1 of this? It was something we happened upon and watched out of lack of any alternative and we quite liked it. The plot is nothing very challenging, which suits me at times, but I thought Jason Watkins was absolutely brilliant. I’ve liked everything I’ve seen him in and if it weren’t for him I probably wouldn’t have stayed with it.

I believe the next episode is tomorrow (Thursday)

I'm really loving this. I saw a couple of episodes of Series1 and have loved the new episode of Series 2. Enough, to keep me interested, not too gory - a comfortable watch - and I'm thinking I need to visit Bath again.

I really like the way the geeky detective is settling down as a character. A bit more work needed with his direct boss, who - whilst enjoyable - is still a little two dimensional. Which won't stop me watching the later episodes at all! 🌹
