I'm watching.
I've got a horrible feeling that the grandad is involved somehow but can't remember. Maybe an accident or something that he's blocked out? Probably way off though.

I think it's something to do with the GF-something in his past?

And Fred-there seemed to be quite a "fuss" about him?

He's just a patient of Catherine-or is he??
