If Martin and Ruby get the case to court, surely they'll have to gather evidence that Ruby did suffer a MC which won't be a problem to get. However it will have the date of occurrence on and surely The Police will be able to find the date when Stacey allegedly pushed Ruby and they'll know the MC happened before the fall.

I doubt the will even look that far into it. They barely looked into Chantelle’s murder.

Surely Stacey can then report Ruby for paying Kush to abduct Arthur as long as Kush admits it.
