They really overdid that wobbly camera thing in the arches - I was dizzy watching it! (It’s such a 90’s crime film cliche as well). I’m so fed up with the criminal storylines in general - EE seems to love them but I just find them dull and unconvincing. I’m actually more interested in the Phil/Kat liaison - it’s quite intriguing and think it has legs.

I assumed the wobbly camera thing was due to them having to zoom in because of the weird set and COVID restrictions but I may be being too kind!

Stacey and Ruby are both toxic ,but I did feel for Rubes despite her lying about how she lost the baby etc.

I don't think Ruby has ever made me feel sympathy for her, but I could imagine her getting a lot of MN support asking whether she was BU to be pissed off that straight after her miscarriage her DH was sharing a few cans with the bloke who stood by while she was locked in and forced to take a pregnancy test by her former best friend. Though I suppose there'd be a few troll-hunting posts too.

It was nice to be reminded of old Kush tonight with him talking about his baby with Shabnam, back then I recall him and the shabnam actress acting so well throughout that storyline, it was heartbreaking to watch. Another character who has been ruined with daft storylines (Kat, the car heist, gambling addiction etc)

Staz surely has to go down as Eastenders' most ridiculous character!

I thought it was a more exciting episode than usual, at least an episode they could potentially use to develop characters like Vinny but of course they won't bother.....

Phil already knows that Crazy Staz found out his nickname from Kat, I'm sure she told him when she was in his house letting him know she had overheard him saying all she was good for was clearing toilets.

I guess now Phil will have to tell Ben that he and Kat are sleeping together and then Sharon will find out? Phil has a kid with everyone he sleeps with (with the exception of his wife Sharon), so I hope not another pregnancy storyline with Kat.

Kush was a nice guy at one stage. He and Shabnam were normal, way too normal for EE.

Is Martin supposed to have a drink problem. He always seems to have cans of beer within his reach.

Scan photos usually have the patients name and date of birth on at the top. I wonder if Martin will spot it....he put the photo in a frame didnt he???

Was good to be reminded of Kush past days, quite sad he’s sleeping with Whit though. I know she been like a whole year without a man but Kush is supposed to be going to prison. Grey is going start messing with her head soon.

I keep willing Martin to pull the scan picture out of the frame and see that it’s not their baby.
It’s confusing emotionally because ruby did lose a baby but not the one they think she lost and not the way they think she lost it. You lose sympathy with her.

I’m sure Ruby has cut it to remove the dates.
