Just watching Celebrity Home Cook, and saw Ed Balls making a sponge cake where the butter is replaced with whipped cream. It looked lovely. Does anyone have a recipe?

I think he has missed out the word sugar. "Cream 300g OF SUGAR and 300ml of double cream".
