Having just looked up Ne Yo on YouTube, Badger does sound like him, plus YouTube revealed that he had a whole Christmas themed album in 2019. Wikipedia suggests he's been a TV judge at some point too which would fit in with the clue about helping people to become successful.

What was the 3 months of the year thing for Gabrielle though? Every week I think I've got it then the next weeks clues make me think I'm wrong.

On from 7. You need to watch it on ITV+1 from 8 when you're out of the bath.

Based only on singing and being a hairy biker, I think Badger could be one of the Hairy Bikers.
