TV recommendations for 9yo DD

We have Disney+, Netflix and prime but apparently there’s nothing on that DD wants to watch!

She likes series rather than films. Preferably comedy or drama rather than sci-fi/magic.

She has watched and enjoyed all the American series like Sam and Cat, Good Luck Charlie, KC undercover, Victorious, Jessie and loads of others. Also liked Malory towers.

She has it on in the background while she plays with Lego. I think she finds it easier to concentrate with background noise so it’s not like she’s glued to the tv all day.

Has she watched Ghosts? On iplayer. Not kids tv but my two love it and we're about 9 when they watched the first series. Some adulty jokes but they go over kids heads.

Also Goes Wrong show.

Oh and if she liked Mallory towers, the worst witch?

Smallinthesmoke · 02/02/2021 20:02

She might enjoy Lego Masters on All 4?

Thanks for the recommendations. She has watched worst witch and she does like Lego masters though we tend to watch that together. We’ll try ghosts. My older Dd might enjoy that too. We’ve watched some Goes Wrong show which she liked.

Any other recommendations please?

“A Series of Unfortunate events” was also very well liked too

My 10 year old dd loved Julie and the phantoms and free rein on Netflix.
