It's the last episode on Friday.

I love it yet most of the people I know has ever heard of it and the few that have think it's pap...?!?!

Surely I can't be the only person in the world who likes it?!?!

No you're not the only one. Me and my DH absolutely love it. It's the funniest thing I've seen on telly in years.

And as for Mac.... I've got a bit of girly crush on him.

Oh dear I even sound desperate!

It is just so funny! I love this type of humour and hope there will be a second series. And it isn't just because DH says I sound like Sue White (although don't look or act like her. Haven't gone after enemies with a crossbow yet, although I have felt like it sometimes.)

me and my dh love it too and find it starnge watching alot of actors from other shows (office etc) Its cool!

How can anyone think its pap? The best thing on TV since The Office and another one that isn't American. We need to campaign Channel4 for a second series!

gets my vote - it's truly original - like all good comedy. DH has developed a REALLY irritating (not to mention deeply disturbing) impersonation of the horrible teaching one that was having the affiar with Joanna

Totally agree its fab, have couple of mates who all work in hospitals in various functions, all of whom agree its exceedingly true to life and fab too, particularly the party episode!

Definitely brilliant! I have a strange soft spot for the nerdy one with the balding curly hair who failed his exams ...

SuzySox, it is hilarious... and I will miss it terribly.

I didnt realise it was the last one already!!?! Me and dp love it! The first time i made him watch it he wasnt impressed but every episode since has had him in tears!! Get that ch4 petition going!!

New series coming up, apparently once Tamsin Greig has had her (invisible when filming the 1st series) baby. Pap? Who are these imbeciles, Suzy?
Mark Heap gets my vote as best thing in the show, but they're all wonderful.

I think it's brilliant, but I only discovered it a couple of weeks ago, so I hope they repeat this series.

PLEASE can anyone tell me how this ended, I missed Friday's episode so I tried to keep awake watching the repeat last night, but failed!

Got as far as Martin speaking to the chaplain in a panic about whether to go to [insert country] to post letter about his natural parents back to Guy.

Anyone???

Martin got to Guy's too late to stop Guy and Joanna ahem (as a result of a dare between Guy and Mac). Martin told Guy Joanna was his mother. Guy went ape, stabbed Martin with botox so Martin's legs paralysed. Mac and Caroline turned up with an ambulance, Martin ended up in the back of the ambulance, Guy hijacked it, Mac jumped in... they ended up in a field full of sheep by the coast, teetering over the cliff ... awful pun but it really did end up in a cliffhanger.
Hysterically funny, best thing since Father Ted/Cardiac Arrest IMO.

That was quick Edam, and a much bettter summary than the one I'd attempted!

Hilarious, a brilliant ending to a fab series.

Oh thank you thank you! maybe I can catch it again on E4 sometime, off to check now!
