Unforgotten Season 2 - Help!

We've been watching Unforgotten on Netflix during lockdown. We've just started season 2 over the weekend. Our teenage DD is a long term foster child and has been watching it with us. We didn't realise their was an adoption as part of the storyline. Adoption is quite a sensitive area for DD (and us) and she's become very upset and is refusing to watch anymore in case they take the little girl away from her adoptive Dad's. Please if anyone has watched it then (without revealing more spoilers) can you tell me if the girl gets to stay with her dad's at the end? If they do then I think we'll have to skip straight to season 3.. Thank you

Hi OP, I watched it months ago, but couldn't remember. I've just skipped through to the final episode again, and there is talk of her being removed, or being raised by only one of them, but ultimately she remains in the home with at least one of the dads. Don't want to say anymore in case it spoils it for you.

Is it the one with the 2 dads who are adopting her? If so, she stay with one of the dads.
