Please no real Australians correct my spelling or grammar!

Please can we keep it spoiler free - if you watched it on line or elsewhere, please do not mention anything that has not been shown on the E4 current running of the show.

So trailers for the next episode, fine if shown on E4, but anything you have spied else where - keep it super quiet!

Anyone think Billy is just an actor? If he is, he is a brilliant actor. Because he is completely convincing. Very sad. Susie is awful to him

Well, he is an actor. That's not to say he's acting on MAFS but he is an actor/model.

As were Sam, Dino, Jess (Dino and Jess starred in an advert together pre MAFS), Melissa. Probably more of them.

It all seems very contrived which is possibly why I'm struggling to have sympathy with Billy. I just see so little of it as real (that's not to say some of the people / situations aren't genuine).

I don’t think they are actors....I imagine Australia has similar broadcasting guidelines to the UK. If not we are showing the programme so would be bound by that here. Programmes here aren’t allowed to claim they are real when they aren’t. That is why you see disclaimers at the start of some saying ‘scenes have been recorded later’ etc

Yes Billy has done modelling maybe acting bit I think his emotions here are genuine. Bit then I am a dreadful judge of character!

Mike has acted in s film.

I don't know if it's because they remind me of Telv and Sarah from the other series, but I feel like Cam and Jules are going to come crashing down at some point. I like them both, but it feels too sickly sweet at the moment. She never stops touching him and gazing at him, it's all a bit over the top and too much too soon. Usually when couples are all loved up the home visits or distance between where they live cools things down.
She's older than him and desperate to have a family, I'm wondering if he will panic once reality hits and put the brakes on.

It was on the preview for tonight's episode. He has a big secret apparently, and Jessika was shown crying and telling him he's disgusting. Sounds juicey Grin

Suzy is obviously hateful but Billy is so wet as to manage to be far less sympathetic than he should be. I thought the naked calendar was awkward, the way he just stood there proudly while she analyses his pics! that's not the way to show a new GF your body for the first time! I think she's horrid but I can see why she struggles to respect him (not excusing her!) Agree he could well be an actor as the whole dynamic feels so unrealistic.

The show is starting to lose me a bit (and I was addicted this time last week!) 40 episodes just isn't necessary!

I think Mark is an angel for what he put up with from Ning at the start, his flat is very weird though, even if it's a Airbnb there's no cups or anything, but there's a child's easel in the lounge???

I think Cam and Jules will be fine and are a genuine love story, sometimes it just works, they are really were lucky though because the ixperts haven't got it even close with anyone else. I think the sickly sweetness is probably not 24/7, probably just when the cameras are about and they get asked how much they love each other. And Jules must love him lots as she didn't even flinch when his mum said she has 60+ photo albums of him 😂

Sarah and Telv had a lot of problems right from the start but their attraction overrid them to start with.

I'm shocked that some of these "characters" get Instagram followers from this. Ines has 157,000 followers, why?? Who watches people like her and Suzie on tv and thinks oh I'll follow her on Instagram 🤷‍♀️

I'm not a fan of Mike but I thought his dad was very passive aggressive towards his lifestyle travelling around the world and not having a mortgage, etc. Unless he's had to bail him out at times I don't see what the big deal is.

Cyrell made me cry. She was so terrified Nic's family would judge her for her behaviour. They were lovely to her and the mum looked so proud when Cyrell said she couldn't believe someone like Nic would have to go on a programme to find someone.

Jules and Cam definitely the real deal. She's only 2 years older. She 36 and he's 34 at time of filming

I think they're all wannabe actors. Not necessary scripted but highly produced. They're picked as they have a social media presence and want to be on tv

I hope Came and Jules do work out, it would be nice if one couple did. I guess I'd just be surprised if anyone was the real deal in this programme. Especially as they seem to pair people up from opposite sides of Australia (not sure where Jules or Cam are from.)

I'm looking forward to watching the reunion when this series has finished. I've seen some stories about it, which I've avoided reading so far, but looks pretty interesting!

@norwegianwoodpecker correct jules and cam are the real deal! And definitely about them being picked by producers because of social media etc. Ppl apply but ppl are also scouted to try and make good tv.
