Child lock on Now TV- I'm £11.99 down

Now TV don't automatically have a payment lock on. Which I just found out to my cost as my 8 year old started a subscription just by clicking with the TV remote. Both roku and google play automatically have a lock on and you have to put the password in to buy stuff, so I think this is a bit much.

Yes Ive been caught out by that too, and they automatically take the money every month so best to get onto your account and cancel the subscription. That way it'll just end rather than carrying on and charging you again next month. Very annoying. Im sure if you contacted them and complained they might refund you, especially if they can see it hasn't been used. You could threaten to cancel your account, that often gets them to reconsider.
