I think I said it on the other thread but I think they've incorporated the pandemic stuff just fine. I don't want realism in that respect, it's depressing enough living with it! And EE is generally depressing enough already 😂

I agree it's nice to forget about it, but I think they mucked up by having Sonia weeping about it, then next minute, packing a bag and hightailing it to India, on a 'cheap flight'.

Surely the least believable thing is that a bunch of young 20s would be playing it at a party.

Jean could be dying from secondary Breast cancer she vows to make most of time she has left instead of any treatment. So she goes to party where she could pick up a deadly disease and die in next two weeks. You can’t have it both ways!

Shutting herself away wouldn't be making the most of the time she has left.

She lives with half the square she could have had a party and a dance at home with those she already sees. It wasn’t as if it was party or the year on a barge on the Thames that worked out wellShe can go out and do stuff just with a mask and SD surely. Surely her immune system has been damaged from previous cancer treatments.

It's strange that Sharon is blaming Ian for Denny's demise, but if she hadn't had an affair and became pregnant with Keanu's baby then maybe he would have lived ( and had he not been so vile to Bobby on social media , too)

Phil also caused some of it too , it wasn't all Ian , although I'm not sure she is aware of his involvement or not on the boat. The inquest would have happened by now.
As for Jean , she is just trying to get some of life's pleasures where she can! Don't blame her.

I get that but I would want to plan big things off my bucket list not risk getting covid and dying in 10 days. But that’s just me!
