I think the tone of Sausage's singing voice is a black woman although all clues seem to lead to Sheridan Smith

The panel must be told who to guess and who not to. Otherwise one of them would have guessed Lenny henry. It sounds just like him

I thought Romesh initially but it was obvious last time that it is Lenny!

By them not naming the most obvious singer (LH) it just emphasises that perhaps the whole thing is scripted and of course they know 'who's that behind the mask'.

I dont think you can entirely-I think it's more that our voices reflect where we live, where we have lived, where our parents lived and how they speak, etc.

So Lenny absolutely sounds like a man from the west Midlands with family who immigrated from the Caribbean.
Equally you can tell, eg a young man from Bradford, whose family came over from Pakistan. He will sound different from a schoolmate the same age whose family have lived in Yorkshire for generations.

But you can't tell for 3rd, 4th generation immigrants.

The judges are annoying and it's totally unbelievable that they wouldn't guess at Lenny Henry.

The costumes are just ridiculous 😂
