Murder on Middle Beach Road?

Just watched the first one. Not convinced. Is it worth watching the rest? I didn't like the subtitles, the fractured way it was shot, all the jumping around...

I'm on the last one now. Binge watched the first 3 last night. I'd say stick with it, it does get better and I was gripped.

But I'm not at the end yet so I don't know if you actually get any answers!

I loved this! Every episode I was convinced someone different had done it. If any of you make it through please come back and tell me what you think!

@Garby totally agree with you! I kept becoming convinced it was someone different. They will have to make a series two, I just hope it's not too long away!

Absolutely watch it all - there are some jaw dropping moments in the later episodes.

Started to watch Outcry last night but that's filmed in the same way - arggh! Is this common to all Sky docuseries?? What a pain.

@tenlittlecygnets I get the distinct feeling with Murder on Middle Beach that episode one was his college project footage as the other 3 episodes are far more slick and professional and he obviously had a big team on board as by then it had been commissioned into a series by HBO

I really enjoyed it but there were lots of threads/ avenues that kinda got dropped.

Didn't anyone find it ended unsatisfactorily. I thought the bit after the gifting table was fascinating and mad

@friendlyflicka I'm hoping hat the second series will cover a lot of what they found out at the end of episode 4.

The gifting tables how could anyone begin to think that was legal or ethical?! The woman who ran it seemed so remorseless about it too

Heard this mentioned on My Favourite Murder and was looking forward to it being on Now. I’ll definitely give it a try.
