I think Joss Stone for Sausage. There was a reference to Dover Sole according to DH (I was boiling the kettle at the time ) and she's from Dover.

Might Badger be someone who started out as a songwriter/producer? Or radio? Motor sports commentator?

I thought Joss Stone was from Devon.
