It sounded like she was trying to sing badly or change her singing voice but she has a very distinctive singing voice to must be quite hard if it is her.

Didn't Ceelo Green do the same last year, sing badly then started to sing better as the weeks went on.

Yes! But the distinctive twang that she has came out about 3x regardless because it is really hard to sing badly - I love Soph, she's great.
