What are you all planning to watch on telly over the Christmas holidays? I must admit that i have not found much and wondered what gems I might be missing. It looks like catch up is going to be my friend with Spiral and The Bridge!

Ghosts Christmas special is the only thing I'm excited about

RedRiverShore · 14/12/2020 21:41

I shall watch Black Narcissus on the 27th, not sure if it's a series or one-off drama, I keep seeing the trailer for it on ITV. Apart from that, I am ploughing through Mad Men on Prime and intend to watch Spiral on iPlayer

IntermittentParps · 17/12/2020 13:14

Black Narcissus is a mini-series I think. Am looking forward to it.

Made the mistake of putting on that awful adaption of Going on a Bear Hunt. What a miserable thing to watch on a miserable day!

Going to watch the Christmas TOTP2 to cheer myself up.

Deathraystare · 20/12/2020 19:26

Typical, most of the telly I want to watch is while I am at work!!! I shall have to listen to my Christmas CDs then when I get home!

DrDavidBanner · 20/12/2020 19:31

I'm looking forward to Ghosts Christmas special too- the series was a surprising hit in our house. Also Zog and the flying doctors!Blush I'm going to look into Spiral as not heard of that.

that awful adaption of Going on a Bear Hunt
It is, isn't it?! I want to like it but it's dreary.

I'm looking forward to The Serpent with Jenna Coleman and Tahar Rahim. And the two Paddington films.

I've been waiting for the film adaptation of the the book Good Morning Midnight. Its on netflix on 23rd (called Midnight Sky I think) I cannot wait. Loved the book so much!
