Brilliant! Thanks for letting us know. Dd and I used to love watching this together when she was younger. Now that she's a teenager, she spends most of her time shut away in her bedroom but I might be able to persuade her to come downstairs and watch it with us.

We watched a fair bit of series one last night, so many characters I had completely forgotten about. It is such a joy!

I loved watching this about 10/12 years ago with my son, so many funny characters (the Witchfinder guy was a bit horrible though/ unsettling). I will tell him it's on Iplayer, thanks.

Brilliant. Remember the racing buggies? My two , who are now 18 and 20, still shout "Narr Narr Power" whenever I put my foot down in the car.
