Because she isn't a celebrity. Not my view just what I've read.

She is an author, she hosts a fairly popular podcast, she is an Instagram Influencer (not that I agree with the whole Influencer Movement).

I wouldn't class Jess as a celebrity. She is an actress. I wouldn't class Mo as a celebrity, he is an athlete.

They are all known to the public in a small/medium/large way, but "celebrity" is not just "famous".

"I'm famous, get me out of here" doesn't have quite the same ring to it.

They celebrities in the older meaning of the word, ie in show business, a public figure, sportsman etc. They not necessarily celebrities in the more modern meaning - ie. fame-crazy, media-grabbing personalities

I just don't like her. She posts every little detail of her life on social media. She only got to write novels due to her famous husbands connections. She's irritating and a smug alpha mummy. I won't apologise for having a view on someone in the public eye and I'm far from jealous her husband winds me up like fuck also

PS people are allowed to like/dislike people you don't...

I didn't like Gi before this series started. Just never took to her before, but I think she's been great. She seems good fun, doesn't take herself too seriously and is genuinely caring.

They worked really well together during that.
