Am I the only one watching this?? I keep searching for threads and nothing!

I have always found Sara Pascoe a bit irritating but I love this and I think she is so funny and tragic in this. Also what has the sister been in? I recognise her but can't think where from....

She was in The Split about the lawyers? With Nicola Walker.

It's brilliant. The bit about the termination she had when she was younger really hit home.

StripeyandConfused · 13/11/2020 21:26

What channel?

@StripeyandConfused it's on BBC2

@CaptainMyCaptain - it was so sad wasn't it, very well done.
The whole thing is quirky and original - and she grows on me every time I watch it

She was fab in 'Campus' (Channel 4).

Hated the pilot - seemed to be a different character - more unstable than vulnerable. Unlikeable. But am on episode 3 now and it has picked up.
Interesting choosing to do it under her own name like Katherine Ryan and using her published work as material as Ryan did her stand-up.
She is happy and married to Steen Raskopoulos irl - I haven't read Animal or Sex, power, money - I might take a look.
Bridget Christie was a tour de force on Netflix. I liked Aisling Bea and Roisin Conaty's sitcoms very much indeed. This sits alongside Daisy Haggard's Back to life as more serious although the cameo of the zumba instructor played by the wonderful Lorraine Ashbourne cracked me up.

Loved it

I've just discovered it & really like it so far! Loved Back to Life & Gameface, both brilliant.
