Did anyone watch the new series and think she's lost the plot? Fish finger mush & black banana skin curry???

I just keep thinking if I added that much butter and salt to everything my heart and kidneys would be begging for mercy.

And oh to have enough time to bake bread, toast it and then arse about with the buttering, amongst your fairy lights. What bliss

In a nod to Nigella we are now calling our kitchen our pleasure palace.

Yes! Fat is flavour.

Watched Saturday Kitchen at the weekend and the wonderful Asma Khan was making raita with full fat yoghurt. She said - "If you’re trying to lose weight, please for God’s sake, do it some other way. The world’s worst thing is low fat yoghurt as it’s just water. You want to make your raita with water? Just don’t do it!"

Bless her she didn't let me down again this week ...you know what I'm talking about THE LUIQUORICE BOX ...wowsers!! And made all the more cooky by showing us the contents whilst sat on her stairs (Nigella you are so 'out there')

The contents looked like you could either choke on them (those silver bullets) or rot your teeth/insides on them after one mouthful (those funny guitar shaped ones). And keeping a bottle of black nail varnish named 'liqorice' shade in there fgs! Nigella stop! You could mix it up with that sauce you made for your cheesecake!

NB. I actually love Nigella. The above is all good humoured

I really really want a liquorice box.

Maybe Santa will get me one for Christmas? 🎅

Me too actually, I do love the stuff. Nigella doesn't seem to do poor mans' liquorice like allsorts thought ha ha
