Thought I'd watch it with subtitles

I won't be as we have a friend coming round later - so takeaway and drinks instead. I would have watched it though!

popsycal - sorry been watching tv - tonight - What Not to Wear, Property Ladder, Grand Design, Spelling thingy - Corrie of course.

Anyway done the spelling thing got 46/50 not bad - the one that really surprised was 'picnicking' - still doesn't look right! The programme tho' - talk about drawing teeth - painful!

hulababy - yes cos it was multiple choice - worse in my opinion if you're just asked to spell word you do it automatically but when you see a range your eyes start swizzling

Is it online then - I'll go see if I can find it maybe.

Sadly you don't appear to be able to.

maybe it was only the duration of the programme - I think it was £1 to register anyway - they always want their pound of flesh!

the programme was rubbish anyway - they could have condensed into half an hour!

I did it cos I've always thought of myself as a good speller my dh was out till late and I got 45 out of 50. This morning I asked my 7 year old dd to spell the 5 words I'd got wrong and she got them right (including, ironically, "misspelled")

JoolsToo - dh and I said the same thing. If they'd just asked you verbally to spell a word it would have been easier. It's sometimes more confusing when you are given options I think.
