can anyone explain the end bit please.
I got confused as wasn't the bride Flora?

Yes it was Flora, but she's forgotten all about the past. That's why Jamie told her the story.

Also, Miles and Henry and Owen were at the wedding as well, and if you look at the painting above the fireplace it looks like Bly Manor.

But..
Surely flora must have "known" the gardener and cook, or why were they at the wedding?

Flora knew the people but had forgotten the events.

Yes the thing which didn’t make sense to me is that the bride hearing the story was Flora and didn’t seem to put 2+2 together that she was the Flora in the story which the gardener was telling.

She didn’t appear to know the gardener, I thought. Which I found strange, because it was her wedding.,

My husband gave up on episode 6 so I watched the next one alone with all the past events that went on. I didn’t really get it I’m afraid, but we watched the last one together and my husband said that was really good in the end. When my adult son came home from work, husband told him to start watching it. Perhaps I should have skipped that episode myself.

Did anyone else see it coming early on?! The accent was a huge give away and 2 or 3 episodes in I said the narrator was Jamie and had said the guy at the wedding looked like Owen and bet the bride was Flora. I think due to that I was a bit disappointed as I was waiting for the amazing ending everyone promised 😢

I’d worked out who the narrator was and that one of the main characters was dead but appeared alive quite early on.

For a whole I thought Jamie and Iwen were dead as well, after they left in the car after they all drinking and came back, because the spirits couldn’t leave the grounds.

Yes I thought Owen was dead as well for a while. All those kitchen scenes with the housekeeper.

I finished it today. Found it a bit boring towards the end. Maybe spoiled by realising the wedding speech man was Owen and that Hannah was dead - realised that as soon as she refused to eat actually. Then it seemed like quite a long drawn out story. (Plus, I wasn't that scared by it).

May regret saying that; Going to try the other haunting one now. 🧟‍♀️
