Dunno, have missed a couple of episodes. Why did he take a dna swab from that corpse on his kitchen floor the other night?

bobsmum · 12/10/2007 12:12

Aha - a Heroes thread at least

My theory - he's a master watchmaker who knew that the Dr's watch was borken straight away - he can see into things and sees how they work and how they can be fixed.

He said at one point that these abilities were bits of the brain that weren't working properly and that he could fix them.

So he cuts open the head, looks at how the ability works in the brain and 'fixes" his own brain to do the same thing - like programming a computer I guess - but he has to actually see how it works in someone's brain first. Like taking a broken watch apart.

That's what I think anyway

He's a very very excellently creepy baddy!

bobsmum · 12/10/2007 12:13

mumblechum - he was pretending to be the person who lived in the flat, so had to fake the dNA in case Mohinder worked out he was Sylar.

mumblechum · 12/10/2007 12:15

Aaaaaah. We've recorded about the last 4 episodes so need to catch up on wtf is going on,.

starshaker · 12/10/2007 12:19

its such a fab programe ive watched up to the second episode of series 2

Sunshinecursedmummy · 12/10/2007 12:27

Bobsmum your theory concurs with mind. There was a really good shot of him looking at the first other hero he met and you could see clock workings reflected on his glasses.

It is very good. Has anyone worked out yet whether Nicole/Jesscia is good or bad?

WolverineBagdirt · 12/10/2007 12:28

I've watched episode 3 Kindred [smug]

Tortington · 12/10/2007 13:23

how does he fix his own brain?

WolverineBagdirt · 12/10/2007 13:28

I thought he just had to touch them and unzipped their heads for fun?

Tortington · 12/10/2007 13:29

i couldnt get it to work where did u see it

bobsmum · 12/10/2007 13:30

custenstein - don't know - I guess he "thinks' it into the right way of working - that's probably his ability - like a parasite.

Tortington · 12/10/2007 13:36

oh you think he DOES have an ability after all....interesting

i think your being naive - he devinatley gets the dessert spoon out

OP posts:
theUrbanDevil · 12/10/2007 13:39

i agree with custy - i think he eats the brains (eww) cause didn't he eat his mother's brains for a laugh?

did you know that the actor is playing Spock in the new Star Trek movie??

bobsmum · 12/10/2007 13:39

Maybe that's the added bonus for him - pinches superhero's power; then tucks in for dessert?

Sunshinecursedmummy · 12/10/2007 13:56

Yes his ability is to understand how things work and be able to take them on I think. I think he needs to see the workings to do that which is why he cuts open the brains.
