Why didn't they taser him?

It was really scary. Hats off to them.

I live in Northamtonshire and DS has been door staff (bouncer) for several years, often in Bridge Street, Northampton, but also in market towns around the county.
The pub in Duston did not appear to have door staff, but in reality they are often the ones who cope with incidents like that. DS has often been working when brawls of ten or more drunken individuals have broken out, and there can be a long wait for Police back up. Nick Adderley (Chief Constable) is doing his best but has been hampered by lack of manpower and budget cuts. It will be interesting to see what they cover bin future episodes.
