Has anyone else watched this? I've just finished it, and I'm in tears. Why, why would anyone do that.

I also wonder if the gf never knew the financials of cw? I wonder if she assumed he'd be able to at least contribute towards a comfortable life for them.

When he was in the neighbour’s house looking at the CCTV an advert comes on that shows a baby in the womb, followed by a skull in a black liquid. It was that what prompted him to tell the Police Officer Shannan was pregnant. It’s quite chilling to watch.

I've just watched this - it's chilling. Those poor little girls. So sweet, so happy - what on earth possessed him to end their lives in such a horrific way? And then Shanann, with her social media perfect family life...the woman had no idea what a monster she had married.

I watched this last night and I haven't been able to get it out of my head since. Couldn't sleep last night. Absolutely chilled me to my core. Keep thinking about the fear those poor girls must have gone through in their last moments. And for her to say "no daddy" just before he took her life just makes my heart physically hurt. Absolutely harrowing. I just can't wrap my head around it. Nothing in his history to suggest he would be capable of something so horrific. Wish I never watched it now.

The female police officer did a great job. To pretend she liked him and understood him, the whole time strongly suspecting he was guilty.
And his dad, imagine sitting there hearing all that from your son.
The effects of crimes like these just ripple on and on.
I hadn't heard of this story before and was quite shocked at the beginning when the policeman let the friend go into the house first. What if they had been dead in the house? What a thing to find.

What a pathetic, coward of a man. And stupid too. Oh, so Shanann smothered the babies so you had to kill her? And you did what while she was smothering them? Stood and watched waiting for the rage to kick in? Didn’t think that story through did you? It was obvious he had smothered them as soon as he told the police that’s what Shanann had done to them.

Also, girlfriend claims to have not known Shanann was pregnant until she was declared missing, but then we hear about Oxy being given to Shanann to induce a miscarriage as girlfriend wants to give him his son. So girlfriend lied to the police about knowing she was pregnant. A deal was clearly made there. Girlfriend was a strange one. That video thanking CW for coming with her when he was standing right beside her. and that photo he did seem to go for the camera loving type though.

He didn’t just divorce her because Shanann was very clearly a difficult person and would be a nightmare to deal with during a divorce and custody proceedings. The coward took the easy way out.

Also, if Shanann had relieved herself at the point of death the mattress would have been soaked. The house was searched and police dogs used. A soaked mattress would have been spotted very quickly. Particularly in August heat.

I don’t understand him not burying the children with their mother.

This whole case was just so odd. He was never ever going to get away it. He folded under questioning like a napkin in a rainstorm. Why didn't he just bloody divorce her.

Well for starters Shanann was extremely active on SM. She videoed her announcing her pregnancy to him and posted it online. There’s no way in hell his mistress won’t have searched her out of curiosity.

Secondly, she was very obviously lying in the police interview when she was saying “never, never” her whole body language gives her away let alone her actual language.

Thirdly the suggestions she supplied the Oxy for the miscarriage.
