Can anyone watching Casualty this evening, please tell me the name of the actress who is ill after touching the contaminated spray bottle please? It’s really bugging me!! Thank you Smile

I don't know but I'm chuckling at the PPE which is supposed to look alarming but actually just looks normal. Also they're wearing masks nonchalantly under their chins.

This is such a good episode but would have been even better if it was a crossover with Holby City as I am sure in a real hospital doctors from other wards would have helped out in a major crisis

KindergartenKop · 26/09/2020 21:59

Grin all the other wards are just business as usual.

Kate Anthony.

Kate Anthony was in Corrie.

Thank you, I just couldn’t work out what I’d seen her in!!

Slightly puzzled why they pulled this episode in the first place, as I can't really see what would have been wrong with showing it at the right time. Unless they thought we'd be upset that Holby had more PPE than most other hospitals at that time despite the fact that it was in a coronavirus-free bubble?

Can you explain? Was it out of sequence? I don't watch it enough. When was it due to be shown?

Possibly that in the same way they had real ventilators on set that got donated to the NHS, the PPE they used was real and showing it at a time when PPE was in short supply would have caused bad feelings?
