There was a new series, I think it was new, on channel 5 last night called How to add £20k to your home with Laurence Lewellin-Bowen, it should be on catch up if you missed it

The channel 5 thing last night was complete rubbish. You need HGTV. Its non stop property programmes, fixer upper, property brothers, home town.. There are loads.

The Netflix Home edit programme is ok for a home organisation fix but they're very screechy women and so I can only watch one episode without needing a break from their voices!

I am addicted to The Block on Prime. I have been looking for it for years after Sky stopped buying it for their homes channel.

It an Austraian renovation/ reality show in which couples compete to renovate whole houses/apartments. It is cheesy as hell and DD do take the piss a bit but it is a fun thing we watch together. We have gone backwards starting with the newest one (12 series I think). Certainly confirmed that Australia is a few years behind Europe in not only home decor but also gender stereotypes! Also they very much are of the opinion marble means 'high end'. DD can now only say it in an Aussie accent.

Oh and i now want a Butler's pantry, walk on robes in every bedroom and a powder room and laundry!

Tiny House Nation on Netflix is pretty good
