How come no social distancing between them sitting at the table going over the acts from earlier in the year? Just curious!

I think it was filmed pre-lockdown, and was then not broadcast until they were ready to actually start the semi-finals. Simon Cowell now has a back injury that happened during lockdown, so it was definitely filmed well before that happened.

It was a bit rubbish really - they showed all those clips of acts, then at the end when they said which ones have gone through to the semi finals, it was every act we'd just seen - so there was no element of surprise at who had/hadn't gone through!

I forgot I’d posted this! Had realised myself by the end of it it was probably filmed pre-lockdown. What an idiot Grin

I didn’t enjoy it at all either. Just a big repeat. When do the live shows start? Can’t be this weekend surely?

I'm not sure it's working. I know they're doing their best with the background audience and the piped in cheering but it feels very stilted.

I was thinking that about social distancing but they said that they have made a social bubble (think they can do that in England- I am also in Scotland)

The magician guy switched the photos and pre recorded a video. The only 'magic' was when he switched with his son behind the photo.
