Hi all, I am watching Married at First Sight Season 3 on

Much better format, only 1 dinner party that quickly got out of hand and it looks like they meet the in laws and make their final decision.
Keller is self sabotaging this relationship.

I do think Australiua looks ama\zing, I did visit many years ago for a work visa year and loved it. I think they certainly show case Australia well in this programme. I am not sure the UK or USA version does such a good job.

I think Bella and Michael are so lovely. I am glad he told her about his son and she said that it didn't make any difference about how she felt and she wanted to meet the son.

Jess has over shared and it is not good. She painted this very confident picture atthe wedding and then admitted she didn't want him to see her in her swimmers. bad move.

I think Keller has serious issues.

I have to disagree with you about Bella. I find her annoying with her silly pink rabbit (how can anyone want to have sex with someone who sleeps with a cuddly toy and makes it do voices?) and intrusive questioning about people’s sex lives.

I also find M&M annoying with their constant self-congratulation about what a wonderful couple they are (in the face of no evidence whatsoever).

I like the blonde one who is not Bella. It’s a shame she wasn’t paired with someone more stable..

Bella models her life on Sex and the City, has no problems sharing everything with the group. It was their constant probing that sparked the fight at the dinner party. The pink bear is just weird, I think it smells because Michael asked her if it had ever been washed!
I think Keller and Nicole are very mindful of the fact that the dinner party was being recorded and wanted to keep their intimacy private. I think Keller is sold on the fairytale hence the new tattoo of his new life. He is quite immature and clearly has some kind of PTSD from the things he has seen in the navy. He is not ready for a grown up marriage yet.
Craig and Andy have totally different views and I don’t think they ever would have met in the middle. I wonder if there is no PDA from Andy because he has had some issues in the past.
I really felt for Jess when she opened up to Dave about being self conscious, he said he had lost a lot of weight in his intro VT and would have been the perfect person to reassure her. I thought she looked great just as she was, it was a real shame that he couldn’t tell her that, I believe she thought he was repulsed by her because in her mind that was when he changed.
Monica and Mark are so sickly sweet they give me toothache. They are so busy congratulating themselves that there is no empathy for any one else.
I am going to watch the last episode shortly, my money is on none of them making it though!

Just put this on. Ive seen it before as I recognise them but I don't remember anything! Maybe it will come to me as I watch them.

I wonder why they had to go to New Zealand to get 'married' when I was told that the marriages in Married at First Sight Australia were not actually real marriages.

What shall we watch next? I cannot find season one or two on the site and I have just watched 4 and am watching 5 so hoping E4 puts on the later ones.

Any one up for the USA version? Not sure which season. I saw one fairly recently.

I am on Season 6 episode 9. It’s pretty good.

But if a lack of diversity. Don’t think there have been any black people in seasons 3-6 and they soon abandoned having same-sex and older couples on. Pity.

I think I will wait and see it if it comes on TV. I like reading the thread as other people watch it.

Well, just watched 2 and 3. I thought Craig and Andy were finished before they'd started. TBH - I think Craig is vv irritating. I can't see this lasting - esp. with Andy being OCD about tidiness and order, and Craig just bunging his stuff everywhere.

Plus - Craig inviting his ex was NOT a good move. Very disrespectful to Andy. Was he trying to make his ex jealous?

I think Bella is very false, she has made best friends with Jess straight away and speaks to camera that Jess is an awesome chick etc but she has literally only just met her!

I actually felt a bit sorry for Dave. He made his choice. I am not sure he needed to apologize for anything.

Does anyone else think the 'experts' are doing a much better job in this series? The experts mentioned the fact that M and M use humour etc and that it is defensive.

I think it's a bit creepy that Bella asked Michael before the dinner party whether he would stick up for her, and then she created a situation where someone had a go at her. Then she said that awful line about him 'having her back'.

At least Keller apologized and I think he was right he did. Sadly, I do think he has blown it.

This season is all about people doing one tiny thing that spoils the relationship!

To be honest, I am embarrassed for Bella, and I can pretty much guarantee that not everyone liked her!

Maybe it is right that these little things comes out and if they really do put you off a person, maybe it is right that they do.

I think it was possibly simply because they are still friends but they were together for 13 years so it is not just like inviting an ex boyfriend/girlfriend to a wedding but an ex spouse, so really not on, as far as I am concerned.

Also the ex was very handsome and I think it was a stealth boast, look who I was involved with for 13 years, so I am definitely good enough for you!

That's a good point Italian - because Craig is definitely punching above his weight with Andy. I know looks are the least important thing when it comes to being a good person etc, but when push comes to shove you rarely see a mismatched couple (in terms of gorgeousness*) because people tend to gravitate to others that are like themselves who they feel comfortable around.

*Except for rich people and their trophy spouses

I was on another thread with series from 2017 and just catching up with series 5 I think(the one currently on e4.)
I’ve been delving into google and as I thought it’s all fake. Contestants are picked up at football games and bars and asked to be on the show. No wonder this series is so fake!
