I binged Selling Sunset in days and this was recommended to me. I’ve started with New York and I’m obsessed. Ryan is so fit, he could sell me anything 😂 I love Fredrik, he’s an awesome broker but sneaky as well. Michael S1 reminded me very much of Eddie Redmayne and Luis in s2 is Bonkers.

Any other fans?

I love Million Dollar Listing LA , it is better than the NY version in my opinion - the houses are jaw-dropping

I love the NYC series, struggled to get in to the LA one.
So many crazy prices and bonkers parties.
Luis is quite, quite insane I think.

The trouble with the NY one is that it is mainly apartments and they can be a bit samey. It would be fun to see some houses in Santa Barbara

I love the LA version. The early seasons with Chad are to be avoided, he's really annoying. It gets more slick over time too.

I am fascinated by Josh Flagg. And the Razor House in the recent season is WOW!!

Where can I find this show?! I've just finished binging all of Selling Sunset and need a new fix!

I prefer NYC i just love the place anyway. I dont think the recent seasons are as good as the first few.

Netflix is advertising Million Dollar beach house to start next week
Set in the Hamptons. Could be the next fix for property reality junkies like myself.

I haven't watched the NY version but Fredrik has popped up in LA now. He doesn't seem like a real person, he's like a Will Ferrell character.

Fredrik's husband declared he hated New York in the last series and they were relocating to LA. He really is like a comedy sketch rather than real.

I've burned through Million dollar beach house, it was a Nest seekers (the brokerage Ryan works for) office in the Hamptons.
I recognised the female agent from million dollar listing nyc.
They only showed a couple of houses and while lovely it wasn't as fun as selling sunset.

The houses seem to be so much bigger over there even the normal homes shown on Buying and Selling.

I've watched some of the beach house series. They're all pretty irritating (particularly the one that keeps saying he's about to have a baby).
