The statue of Fred Perry made me laugh, when I saw it at Wimbledon. I always thought it was life size. It's not .

I'm a bit happier with where the pundits have placed this match. (Still think it's too high, though, and is there purely for 'First British winner for ages ' reasons rather than because it was in anyway a great match).

Yes, I'm not Djok fan (I don't like Fed either), but the crowd were not on is side- for all Roger moaning that he couldn't hear the line calls! It was because the crowd were cheering or him!

I did laugh at the pigeon commentary it's getting like those repeats of the Jo Konta RG semi final where we've seen it so many times we know the commentary!

I couldn't bear to see lovely smiley Pat Rafter lose in 2000 - again! Same for Andy Roddick.

I'm also a bit surprised that 2013 wasn't 1 or 2.

It's number 2 on the online vote, Private- but way behind the 2008 final, percentage wise. I don't agree it should be that high. I think that's just the 'popular' vote.

I can't believe that none of Stefan's finals were shortlisted- although the Wimbledon channel showed the 1990 final today- so at least they have acknowledged the best serve volleyer ever!

Much as I love Pat Rafter, I think they could have missed out the Sampras final in 2000 as well. But I guess finding an interesting Sampras final is hard (always found him very boring to watch).

Although he played a good one v Andre - can't remember the year? I think it was straight sets but a good quality match iirc.
