I'm appalled by the horrific customer service... I cancelled a movies pass, was told the last day of my subscription would be 4 July - then promptly charged for another month under an auto renewal.
Took it up with NowTV who insist this is itunes fault. I have sent them about 6-7 emails with screen shots from emails they sent me confirming cancellation, my itunes account, my bank account, picture of my tv still showing the service as being available.
It's like you can't actually every get out. I'm furious. It seems everyone is on the take these days. Relying on customer apathy to squeeze another 10 quid out of people.
