Eharmony advert is the actor computer generated?

Not sure if I am in the right forum.

In the latest eharmony advert on tv the 'actor' doesn't look real (to me). It's the one with a youngish man holding his mobile sitting on a sofa who puts his guitar away at the beginning.

I'm just curious what other ppl think, but, if I were using dating companies, I am not sure how I would feel about one that didn't put a real person in its adverts. I realise that companies use actors not 'real' people, but still

Right, I've just watched this and I'm sure he's a real actor. In any case - what would be the point of computer generating an actor? There is nothing remarkable about him. Why go to all that trouble and expense, especially when it still ends up feeling a bit 'off'.

I understand what you mean though and I think you're getting that feeling because it's obviously not his voice and the dubbing doesn't seem to fit exactly either, giving the whole thing an 'off' feeling.
