I’m getting frequent requests from DS to get Disney+. Wanted to see if people who have experience with it would recommend it. I’m tempted as they are now streaming Hamilton as we enjoyed it as a family in the theatre and I’d like to see it again. Is it entertaining enough for a tween and mid teen?

Hello we got a months free trail for sign up, maybe try that and see what u think. I decided to keep it but my children are all under 10. I'm not going to lie love nothing more then putting the children to bed and watching something myself Grin
Theres also documentries on it ect not just films...hope this has helped.

We watch quite a bit in there, but its no where near the range of Netflix, you could always get the month subscription and see?

We love it. We share the account with a 15 & 12 year old and our 5 year old.
The older two use it most.

We've had it since March. Have a 5yo & it has been great for her during lockdown.
You get all the Disney back catalogue, Pixar, Marvel & National Geographic so there is a lot more than just Disney films.
We're planning to watch Hamilton tonight. Also Disney will be stopping their Disney channels on Sky on 1st October so all content from them will be available only on Disney+ I believe.

Everyone who has it seems to enjoy it but check that your TV is suitable. Some TVs are unable to get it (Sorry - don't know which ones but I am sure you can google!)

You should be able to get a free trial so I would recommend that to give it a go before committing.

It is good and I can see why people love it, but I'm not sure we will continue past our freebie - I'm on 02 and managed to get 6mo free when I changed my phone contract.

There's a lot of good National geographic documentaries that my kids have been enjoying too.

We've had it for a month or two. I've cancelled it as my 3year old only wants to watch lion king and jungle book so I've just bought the dvds. Just seemed a waste of money. Would definitely get it again though when he's abit older and wants watch a bigger variety

@APurpleSquirrel

Thanks for that info. I need to renew my Sky in October and really wanted to cancel it but my daughter watches an insane amount of Disney channel. That seals the decisions!
