Non-graphic fantasy and science fiction recommendations?

I'm looking for a non-graphic fantasy or science fiction show to watch with my mother. We've watched things like The Witcher (hated every single character) and even a couple seasons of Game of Thrones, but I'm tired of having to skip all the violence and gore, and I want to stop supporting shows that degrade women. We've watched The Letter for the King, which was okay. We've also watched Raising Dion. We have Netflix, HBO, and a couple other channels through her Internet account.

The Man in the High Castle, The OA, Dark, Mr Robot, Stranger Things? All these have some sex and/or violence in but not degrading to women and not gratuitous, which I also am not a fan of.

Also Battlestar Galactica is my favourite ever sci-fi series.

LunaRabbit... if you don't mind subtitles... there's a ton of non graphic sci fi / fantasy in Korean Dramas.... with very little violence and definitely no sex (it's quite chaste and innocent and sweet!)...pop over to the Ms Latte Kdrama thread to get some recs... there's a categorised list...
on Netflix... I'm sure Hotel Del Luna is coming soon which is a gorgeously filmed/produced fantasy about a Hotel for ghosts and a very fesity independent female hotel owner...Extraordinary You about a female protagonist who discovers she's just a side character in a webtoon (comic book) and decides she doesn't want to be the wimpy fragile girl and definitely steps up and fights her fate... W Two Worlds... another clash of real world vs a webtoon world... includes lots of alternate realities and gets confusing but beautifyully done!
Great stuff! definitely worth a watch if you want something a little different..and something more than violence and gore...
