It's on Netflix and i'm watching this right now. It's fucking shocking. I wonder if the town has learned anything? Those boys are sick and the men in the town protect them, writing it off as "something that happens everywhere", and "it never used to be a big deal". Fucking gross.

I watched the whole thing burning with rage. The victim blaming was utterly appalling, girls the same age as the victim blaming her for going to a party like she was asking for it! Every single person failed her. Then they only got a year each! I was disgusted by the whole thing. Hope the woman is ok now and has managed to rebuild her life
