The Affair Season 5

I only found this a few weeks ago on Amazon. I thought they had stopped at the last series when Vik died !

The first series was widely advertised on billboards etc, I have not seen anything for this series which apparently came out in 2019.

I have finished watching it now, the conversations between the characters is still as great, this season though is also a bit depressing I felt - it jumps forward in time for some aspects.

Felt a bit apocalyptic but also made me cry (good job DH was out).

Has anyone else seen it?

Yes, was a while ago when I watched it now but found it very moving. The were some fantastic episodes. Loved the one where Helen and Noah trekked to escape the fires, Whitney's wedding and yes the last episode was a tear jerker but really brought things full circle. I wish we could have found out a bit more re how the others lives had panned out such as Whitney. Loved that Helen's mum lived to about 100 and only died a few years before Helen. Tormenting them until the end!!
