I think there is some connection to rovers bed and breakfast chap and the two people trying to blackmail Carla, in the space of three? episodes they've all said they know her in some way.

Going off present topic a bit. I am watching The Tudors again.Just recognised the actor Ben Price (Nick) in on of the episodes.He has a small part playing a condemned heretic, I knew him straight away, giving the same facial expressions as he does in Corrie

I don't like how Carla goes from all feisty to caving in, like she did when the bloke came for her money. I know she was vulnerable then but she could honestly tell him to get on his bike but she just folded.

Let's hope Peter punches him

They are a well suited couple. I rarely say that about any couple on Corrie but they are both flawed, have pasts, and look suited

Agree, Peter and Carla are a believable couple.

Don't think it will all tie up as quickly as that, she will spin some silly story, and Peter will be suspicious, but it will probably drag on for weeks, as usual.

I think Roy will be put in danger over this blackmailing thing.

Nina and Shona will mind Roy, and she will get her memory back,especially if the baddies are from the rough estate. I wonder how social distance rules will work.

I think they'll use perspective shots and they'll keep the older cast members off screen for a while. Rita, ken and Audrey i think are all over 70 aren't they?

Yes they are, I think they might all be over 80 actually. I’m sure ken is.

And Evelyn. I'll probably miss her most out of the older cast.

I had a google. Ken is 83. Rita is 88 and Audrey is 80 in July.

Yasmeen and Geoff are mid 60s too, they'll have to be careful as well.

Absolutely! Personally, in all my years I've never had experience of blackmail, nor know of anyone who has. (Nor murder, nor secret parentage, now I come to think of it!)

Audrey's character is 80. The actress is only 76, and the actress who plays Gail is 69
