Anyone watching?
I tried to watch it before, couldn't get in to it so didn't bother, but with the greys cross overs I tried again and actually quite enjoyed it this time. Binged watched it all up until what I think is the most current episode? Season 3 episode 5?

I’m exactly the same @PeppasMuddyPuddles!

Tried to watch a while ago, didn’t like it. Have just (in the last week) watched seasons 1-3 on Prime and Now TV, and am now caught up... and loving it!

Wad is me, or did there seem to be a disconnect between the last episode of Season 2, and the first one of Season 3? Ripley died a5 the end of S2 and Hughes was devastated... but she was with Avery at the beginning of S3?

Pipandmum · 30/05/2020 20:32

I started watching it because of the crossover. However all the sex in the workplace - anywhere I've worked and you'd get the sack! And why is everyone more or less the same age - other than Herrera Sr. they all look as if they graduated together. And very much following the Greys Anatomy tradition of all sleeping with each other and ridiculously high death rate.

PeppasMuddyPuddles · 31/05/2020 10:21

@ClaraEccles I was really disappointed with the start of season 3.
I think it took me longer to get over Ripley than it took Hughes! I didnt think it could make me cry the way Greys did but I'm not going to lie I cried a lot at that! 😂

I have been quite enjoying it though its easy watching & I quite like most of the characters.

@Pipandmum I agree about all the sex in the workplace, and bits of it DP has seen he said the exact same thing 😂

I absolutely love S19, I may have skipped ahead a little using an American site so I've finished season 3 now - I promise I won't give an spoilers though!

Samcro · 31/05/2020 10:52

please don't
im loving it

Violetroselily · 31/05/2020 19:08

Sane as you OP - couldn't get in to first time round bit have started watching S3 on Now TV and I'm enjoying it.

Annoyingly 1 and 2 arnt on there and I don't have prime Sad

PeppasMuddyPuddles · 31/05/2020 19:48

No spoilers please Grin

@Violetroselily it's a shame they arent on there. Think you can get a free trial of prime if you could try to watch them all quickly!

What order is it supposed to go - Greys or station 19 first? Only whichever order I watch both episodes from that week in, there's always something that's a surprise or totally missing.

TreeTopTim · 05/06/2020 22:12

I have only just discovered this. Have only watched S3 as I also don't have prime. It's good but I get a little mixed up as I don't watch it weekly. I watched two episodes this week and just automatically went onto the next one instead of going to Grey's.

Samcro · 06/06/2020 08:24

can anyone who knows what happened in season 2 episode 18 pm me and tell me please. I can't put my questions on here as they would be sort of spoilers.

stormsurfer · 07/06/2020 11:09

For fire drams I prefer Chicago Fire and 911. The station 19 ones always seem a bit to panicky and not sure what to do when they encounter emergencies.

Having said that, the crossovers yo greys have got me hooked in and I do like the characters and the personal lives stories.

I think that on Now TV they both release a new episode on Wednesday. The Greys one seems to follow the Station 19 one from the previous week. So I watch Greys first.

stormsurfer · 07/06/2020 11:09

*dramas
*too

Lucywilde · 08/06/2020 20:48

I’ve just started season 3. I always preferred Chicago Fire. I thought bloody episode 3 what happened was given away by the title. Bit rubbish as I liked him. It’s a bit too much drama that it feels a bit unrealistic.

MissRabbitIsExhausted · 19/06/2020 22:32

I've just managed to catch up on them all too, although I thought there was going to be loads of Greys crossovers which is why I started watching it, but it's not that many so I didn't really need to. However I have been enjoying it.

I can't work out which order to watch it in either right enough 😂

They have all turned in to a bit of a mess haven't they!

How does everyone feel about Maya?
She has gone a bit power crazy but I really did feel for her this week when she was crying...

Glad pruit helped Dean realise he could deal with the baby.

Still can't quite get my head around how quickly Vic got over Ripley. I really enjoyed that storyline (despite how much I cried Blush) and felt it was all rushed over quite quickly at the start of season 3.

stormsurfer · 19/06/2020 23:55

@MissRabbitIsExhausted I think on the release day watch the Greys first as it usually follows from S19 the week before. But, yes, all a bit blurred!

I understand why Maya is like that, but I find her screeching at the emergencies seems like she's out her depth. But then I think all of station 19 look a bit like that. If I was in a fire/emergency I would feel much better if the Chicago Fire lot rocked up!

Dontlickthetrolley · 20/06/2020 09:27

Oh to be saved by Severide @stormsurfer Blush

stormsurfer · 20/06/2020 09:42

@Dontlickthetrolley oh yes for sure!!! But all of them seem more calm and prepared - would prefer any one of them to Station 19.

Dontlickthetrolley · 15/07/2020 23:41

OMG

stormsurfer · 16/07/2020 01:00

Wow! I've not been hugely impressed with it so far, but kept watching due to Greys. That episode was brilliant! And I actually think I prefer S19 to current Greys now.

UncleShady · 16/07/2020 15:54

Blimey.

InvisibleWomenMustBeRead · 16/07/2020 23:43

I've just watched it @stormsurfer and totally agree - sitting in floods of tears right now! Fantastic episode!

stormsurfer · 16/07/2020 23:46

Agreed!

MissRabbitIsExhausted · 17/07/2020 22:05

Just caught up and the tears are actually streaming down my face!
Agreed I think I'm enjoying it more than greys at the moment, thought that episode was fantastic!

@MissRabbitIsExhausted I absolutely loved that episode and I may have had something in my eye. I think as a parent it was a particularly powerful episode.
