Please help me find this hoarders programme

I remember watching a programme about hoarders or people with very mucky houses being sent to other hoarders houses and then tidying them for each other. Probably on channel 5.
Can anyone remember the name of it?

Thanks but not not one. It was two households of hoarders who would swap houses and sort wash others out rather than people with very clean houses cleaning others.
