What are the rules of Ready, Steady, Cook!

My lovely friends have dropped off a surprise selection of Ingredients for use in a Ready, Steady, Cook! game over zoom.

We can't agree what the limitations are regarding cupboard staples you can include in your recipes. Does anyone know?

You have to use all the ingredients but can use staples such as butter, eggs, milk, flour and herbs/spices.
